Setting up a [SPAM] filter in tSpark Web mail
A resource for tSpark Solutions hosting clients.
- Log in to Web mail at http://www.tspark.com/mewebmail.
- Click on the Options link in the toolbar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Filtering link in the options menu.
- If filtering is not already enabled, click on "Enable Filtering".
- Click the "Add..." button.
- In the Filter Description box, type in any name for the filter. For example, "JunkMail".
- Check the box in front of "Message subject contains:".
- Type [SPAM] in the box next to "Message subject contains".
- At the bottom of the form, next to "Action:", select the action you want for spam messages. We recommend selecting "Move Message to Junk Mail Folder" so that you can review the messages before deleting them.
- Click Apply.
Your new messages with [SPAM] in the subject line will start showing up in the Junk folder in Web mail.
