Setting up a [SPAM] filter in tSpark Web mail
A resource for tSpark Solutions hosting clients.
  1. Log in to Web mail at http://www.tspark.com/mewebmail.
  2. Click on the Options link in the toolbar at the top of the page.
  3. Click on the Filtering link in the options menu.
  4. If filtering is not already enabled, click on "Enable Filtering".
  5. Click the "Add..." button.
  6. In the Filter Description box, type in any name for the filter. For example, "JunkMail".
  7. Check the box in front of "Message subject contains:".
  8. Type [SPAM] in the box next to "Message subject contains".
  9. At the bottom of the form, next to "Action:", select the action you want for spam messages. We recommend selecting "Move Message to Junk Mail Folder" so that you can review the messages before deleting them.
  10. Click Apply.

Your new messages with [SPAM] in the subject line will start showing up in the Junk folder in Web mail.
