Hosting Service Guarantee

If the reported availability for any given calendar month on your server is less than 99.95%*, you get a full credit for the month on your account. tSpark contracts with an external hosting monitoring service to monitor our servers.

If you think your site/service has been available less than 99.95%* of the time, please notify us and we will provide the full report from our monitoring service as well as a credit if the percentage reported is less than 99.95%*.

* Percentage reported excludes planned maintenance periods. Customers are notified in advance of planned maintenance.
